I should have posted this news about 8 weeks ago, but I’ve just been too lazy. Back in January I attended the 2007 St. Louis Region SCCA awards banquet and I was surprised to find out that I had won for Mechanic of the Year. I never thought that all of my hard work (and John’s) would get noticed enough to be awarded for it. I was very honored to get this award, since past winners are very well respected race car builders within the St. Louis region.
